As the Director of Delivery at GearsCRM, Jillian defines priorities and develops best practices to ensure that projects run smoothly. Partnering closely with other departments to develop critical internal processes, Jillian also serves as an escalation point to mitigate project issues and oversees day-to-day operations.
Jillian has been working in the Salesforce space since 2009 and has been with Gears since 2012 serving as an expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud. Prior to working for Gears, she started her career in marketing and operations with experience in the software industry as well as in finance and mutual funds.
When Jillian is not immersed in her work on the Delivery team, she’s spending time with her husband and two boys just north of Boston. She loves to make people laugh and feel good, skills that she employs through her personal photography business.
