As the Senior Director of Marketing and Customer Experience Jaclyn is responsible for developing and implementing Gears’ marketing strategy, working collaboratively with leadership to execute corporate initiatives and managing vendor, partner and agency relationships. Jaclyn owns our overall customer experience, partnering closely with each department at Gears to drive a consistent and quality experience that exceeds expectations.

Jaclyn has more than ten years of experience in marketing communications, operations, project management and Salesforce administration. Since joining Gears in 2011 Jaclyn has held many roles at the company, allowing her to effectively champion customer advocacy while executing corporate initiatives. With early career experience in search engine optimization and the software development industry, Jaclyn loves to bridge the gap between marketing and technology.

In her spare time, Jaclyn enjoys trying out new recipes, laughing about her latest Pinterest fail or watching a Sox or Pats game with her husband and sons.
