GearsCRM Marks ‘Strongest Year Yet’ With New Partnerships & Professional Accolades

LEADING technology consultancy GearsCRM is celebrating closing out 2020 with expanded service offerings and a new office in Canada. The firm, which is headquartered in Needham, MA, now has more than 500 clients on its books across industries such as manufacturing, high-tech, and retail.

This past year has marked the launch of several new service offerings and strategic partnerships, which means GearsCRM can now offer clients services across multiple new platforms alongside its core Salesforce service offerings.

GearsCRM will be supporting Service Cloud Voice for call center automation, which launched in July 2020, and is the first product of its kind to unify voice calls, digital channels, and Salesforce data in real-time. This unique capability is offered through a partnership with Symbee.

The firm is further expanding its Salesforce services with Tableau, which offers clients additional BI and analytics capabilities. This latest growth in GearsCRM’s services comes off the back of the expansion of their Integration Practice last year where they introduced a partnership with MuleSoft, the world’s leading integration platform for SOA, SaaS, and APIs.

The GearsCRM team recently achieved Salesforce Expert Navigator designation in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and in the manufacturing industry, the highest designation by Salesforce – the global leader in CRM. This distinction comes on the heels of GearsCRM obtaining the prestigious Platinum Tier of their partnership with Salesforce. The firm has been a trusted partner of Salesforce for the past 10 years – only a select group of partner organizations achieve the Platinum Tier.
